By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Artwork & Originality

All artworks available on the Âme Sauvage website are original creations by the artist.

Each painting is a unique piece of art and cannot be reproduced identically. Every original artwork is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality and provenance.

An invoice will also be provided for every purchase.

Colours displayed on screen may slightly vary depending on your device settings. These minor variations do not constitute a defect.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on the Âme Sauvage website are shown in the currency selected by the customer.

Currency conversion rates are provided for information purposes and may vary depending on exchange rates and the payment provider used. The final amount charged will be confirmed at checkout.

The artist reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

3. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment services and trusted payment providers.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location.

Payment must be completed in full before the artwork is prepared for shipment.

Your payment information is securely processed, and Âme Sauvage does not have access to your full bank card details.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Âme Sauvage cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All paintings, photographs, texts and content published on the Âme Sauvage website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No artwork, image, text or content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the artist.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Copyright remains with Âme Sauvage and the artist.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal information provided during an order is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your personal information is only used to process your order, provide customer service, comply with legal obligations and improve your experience with Âme Sauvage.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
